At each Future of Talent retreat, we collect, explore and synthesize emergent ideas and concepts. We take a horizontal look at talent from a variety of perspectives - recruiting, development, succession planning, retention, marketing, communications, and e-learning to weave a tightly connected, strategic approach to the future.
Using new collaborative tools that allow us to literally put together a picture of the future of talent, we seek out the edges, challenge our beliefs, improve our understanding, and strengthen our agility to embrace the future with excitement, preparedness and ease. We make extensive use of creative learning techniques such as visuals and graphics, which furthers learning and helps us capture the emerging dialogue.
